✨ About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers fully realize value and enjoy a seamless experience. This role combines relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking:
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Onboard new accounts, communicate with customers, and resolve billing, domain, or account-related issues across multiple channels (live chats, email, Google Meet, etc.) in a timely manner
- Demonstrate empathy and ownership in issue resolution by investigating thoroughly, sharing insights, and maintaining clear communication with customers
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers, addressing their needs and consistently providing a positive, customer-focused experience
🔹 You will definitely be successful in this role if you:
- At least 1 year in a B2B customer faced roles (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment)
- Proficiency in English language is essential for effective communication;
- Ability to learn on the job, efficiently search for information, and seamlessly switch between various tools (domain registries, cloud platforms, databases, and communication channels)
- Experience providing customer support across multiple platforms (chats, email, online meetings) and troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Experience with Google Workspace, Hubspot, Stripe, and outreach tools.
